Congregate MealsOur noon meal is provided by GCCARD - Persons 60 and above are able to eat at no charge, although we do take donations. Persons under 60 are charged $3.50 for a lunch.
Please call by 12:00 Noon the day before you would like to come for lunch. We sometimes have extra lunches, so you are welcome to call in the morning to see if a lunch is available for that day. |
Health and Fitness
In addition to the yoga, tai chi, sassy exercisers and toning classes we offer, the center gets monthly visits from a podiatrist and a chiropractor. We also offer weekly blood pressure checks. |
Seminars
Seminars and speakers are scheduled throughout the year to present various topics. Topics may include health issues, financial advice, legal services, etc. The seminars are meant to benefit seniors, increase thier knowledge and address their concerns. |
Information and Referral
You may come in or call the Center for information on subjects such as senior housing, transportation, senior hotlines and many other topics. If we do not have the information, we will try to find it for you. |
Loan Closet
The center offers medical equipment to seniors in need. Some of the items are wheelchairs, walkers, bedside commodes, bath benches, canes, and crutches. The items are donated to the center and are limited. Please call the center to check for availability. |
Recycled Cell Phones
You can pick up a donated, used, cell phone that can be used to call 9-1-1 in case of an emergency.

Trasportation
Reservations for all bus rides must be made no later than NOON the day before you plan to use the transportation. Your name must be on the reservation list in order to board the bus. All individuals using the bus must have a membership health form on file at the Center. Please understand that the pick-up time may vary depending on how many people are on the schedule and where they live. Your patience is appreciated.
